This training provides a look at the differences between the field of music therapy and ways other mental health clinicians can incorporate music into their clinical practices. We will spend some time defining music IN therapy and music AS therapy to fully understand the limitations and ways music can be used to help. In addition, we will look at several different ways to incorporate the use of music within your practice as a tool, leaving you with tools you can use as soon as the training is completed while remaining in your scope of practice.
