We offer a variety of assessments, with a goal of accessibility for all. As such, we utilizing a pricing model that contributes to providing low cost and pro bono services on a limited basis each month.

ESA (emotional support animal) Assessments
Emotional Support Animals are different than Service Animals, but they can still provide comfort and relief emotionally for many people. I provide a comprehensive assessment to fully understand your experience and how your animal provides that emotional support, which may result in an ESA letter being issued. If provided, the letter can be provided to landlords, housing authorities, and airlines to advocate for your ESA’s presence in your life in ways that the law allows.
The full cost of the ESA assessment is $250, which includes a 90 minute session to gather information, review of information gathered in session (and collateral information from outside sources, if deemed necessary), and providing ESA letter if criteria is met.
Adult ADHD and Autism Assessments
I offer a comprehensive assessment focused on diagnosing ADHD and Autism in adults. This assessment takes place over 3 hours, which can be split into one, two, or three sessions, with a final 30 minute session to deliver results. I use the Cherry Adult ADHD-Autism Diagnostic Interview (Cherry AADI), a diagnostic assessment tool developed by Lindley Cherry for assessing ADHD and Autism in adults. This neurodiversity-affirming, strength-based assessment that incorporates an understanding of masking, gender and cultural differences, and utilizes diagnostic criteria from the DSM-5-TR and ICD-11. What this means for you is a deeper look at understanding your experience in the world, which will allow us to identify any neurodivergence that may be present, allowing you to gain a better understanding of those life experiences.
The full cost of this assessment is $1,200. This includes the 3 hours of clinical time, review of information and comparison with diagnostic criteria, and the 30 minute follow up session to deliver results.
Gender Affirming Letter Evaluations
I offer gender affirming letter evaluations for ALL gender affirming procedures from a liberatory therapy standpoint, which means I believe in offering this service to address and do my part to remove barriers for trans-identified individuals to be able to access the medical care they seek. I have undergone training to ensure letters provided are WPATH aligned and meet requirements from surgeons and insurance companies. My overall goal in providing these evaluations is to help assess where you are in life, the supports in place for recovery, and other considerations to make your next steps as successful as possible!
Fee for gender affirming evaluations is $200, with a limited number of low cost or free evaluations available each month. Please reach out if you are in need of assistance financially with this service to see if we can help.
